By using our website or services, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- Practice or business name, NPI, and Tax ID (for provider onboarding and credentialing)

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. This may include information such as Your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may also collect the type of mobile device You use, a unique device ID, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser You use, and similar diagnostic data.
How We Use Your Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

A note on health information: Where MD Choice RCM processes Protected Health Information on behalf of a healthcare provider, We do so as a Business Associate under HIPAA, governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that provider, in addition to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
HIPAA & Health Information
MD Choice RCM works with healthcare providers to submit and manage medical claims, which may involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). When We act as a Business Associate to a covered healthcare provider:
- We use and disclose PHI only as permitted under our Business Associate Agreement and applicable law.
- We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI.
- We report any suspected or confirmed breach of unsecured PHI to the applicable covered entity without unreasonable delay, consistent with HIPAA's Breach Notification Rule.
- We train our staff on HIPAA privacy and security requirements as part of ongoing compliance.
This section supplements, and does not replace, the terms of any Business Associate Agreement in place between MD Choice RCM and a healthcare practice.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
